      • Body of email: Please determine if we can acquire “MLS Name” and Include your Agent’s Name.

  • Inbound Calls Regarding Existing Accounts; Both over and Under 30 days: 

    • Transfer directly to Elite Service at 930. Never transfer these calls directly to an individual in the customer support department, even if the client asks for an individual by name.  Always transfer to extension 930
