      4. And then lastly, just so I can prepare for our appointment, in a perfect world, what do you really want to get out of your website?

        1. If given a positive response, continue on into the interview, if determined they are too busy and need to get of the phone, just tell the “no worries; I have everything I need.  I appreciate your time and I look forward to speaking on …”


  1. IF ANSWER IS “YES”: Great.  I don’t like to just do a random product dump over the phone so I always like to ask this question; In a perfect world, what do you really want to get out of a website?

    1. Continue on into the interview, and remember to “follow the line of questioning”

      1. Example: If they say they want traffic: “I am glad you said that, that is really important… When you say you want more traffic, do you you focus more on buyers or sellers, or both…?  Proceed from there.
