• In the case of duplicate leads - Web Marketing Consultant who first spoke with and has a “currently active/warmed up” lead on their dashboard has rights to the prospect (Conversations with a queue call excluded when an existing lead is currently active on a WMC’s dashboard.  Call must be scrubbed and transferred accordingly)

    • In the case of queue calls where no lead currently exists in active status and the prospect asks for a WMC by name, regardless of an existing lead or not, that call is to be automatically transferred to the requested WMC.

    • Should prospect be sold by a Web Marketing Consultant who has second/duplicate lead, the sale will be awarded to Web Marketing Consultant who has lead rights as determined by sales management.

  • Leads are not product specific and belong to the WMC whose Prospector dashboard they are currently placed on.  A lead gives you the right to sell that individual on any product eligible for the sales team.

  • You generally have exclusive rights to your leads for 60 days at which time lead is automatically rebounded to another sales rep for second look.

    • WMCs are allotted a one time “self extension” of a lead as needed giving an additional 30 days of lead rights from the extended to date.

    • Leads will rebound sooner based on disposition of lead or due to past due tasks or inactivity on the lead.

  • General calls that come in through the sales queue are to be scrubbed by both first and last name as well as phone number.  If that individual is currently active in Prospector under another Web Marketing Consultant, that prospect belongs to that Web Marketing Consultant and must be immediately transferred to that WMC without question - even if they are not at their desk.

    • If the Prospect does not want to talk to that WMC then the call must be transferred to management.

  • Management reserves the right to reassign any lead at any time for any reason. Examples of what would cause a lead to be reassigned are, but are not limited to, lack of being actively worked, challenges with attendance by sales rep, complaints by Prospect, etc…

    • Management will always use notes in the lead as a point of whether a lead is being actively worked or not

  • WMC retains lead rights for 90 days from the point of sale to work with that individual for the purchase of any other iHOUSEweb products.  Lead Rights are relinquished 90 days from the point of sale with regards to selling additional products or services.  After 90 days from the point of sale has past, the lead becomes fair game for upselling or the sale of additional products.

    • Should an account cancel, including within the 90 day period from date of sale, that lead becomes 100% fair game at the point of cancel and reverts back to standard lead rights based on the lead being active in Prospector.
