• To Buy a Second Site – Conditional

    • Must have clear notes in the close email referencing that this is a second iHOUSE site and the account number of the existing site.

    • Must have a second, unique, domain name placed on the account at the time of purchase – no exceptions.

    • WMC must obtain an email from the client stating they want a second account prior to signing up the account and forwarded to sales@ihouseweb.com (Sales Administration) prior to purchasing the second account.

    • Sales Support to confirm second account in welcome call

      • Failure to notify of Second Site in the Close email "Notes Section" that the sale is a second account will result in loss of sale. There must be clear communication.

    • On "second site" sales - there will be a charge back if either the existing iHOUSE site or new site is cancelled within 90 days.  This is to help avoid/reduce "creative" selling techniques to workaround migrations etc.  It is also to ensure we are doing what is in the customer's best interest.  Sales, after all is about new business.

    • Up-sell to Elite Pro

    • Buy Elite Pro in addition to existing IDXPro

  • Elite Pro Customers 

    • You can upgrade an Elite Pro account to Elite Office.  

    • OFFICE: Adding additional agent sites to an existing office is not a sales function and must be transferred to support in all circumstances.

  • Elite Express Customers:

    • Upgrade to add IDX

    • You can upgrade to an Elite Office account.  

    • OFFICE: Adding additional agent sites to an existing office is not a sales function and must be transferred to support in 100% of circumstances.

*Reinstating Suspended Accounts Is Not a Sales Function.  Bringing current and reinstating “suspended” accounts (accounts currently in suspended status as can be identified in the upper left corner of the account profile in the Elite Control Panel under account status.  Will state “Account Status: Suspended” and will be highlighted in yellow) is a function of Customer Service and is not to be performed by sales and will not count for sales credit.  Calls regarding reinstating suspended accounts are to be transferred to Customer Service in all scenarios.
