WMC Base Salary will be $1,760 per month ($21,120 per year)
Basic Products: Elite Agent Pro websites, Small offices (no child sites), All Elite Express and IDX Stand-Alone Products.
Commission as a percent of SU$ will be 25% for WMCs on Warm and Self-Generated Leads.
Commission as a percent of MRR will be 50% from iHOUSE (WARM) leads. – See Self-Generated Regulations
Commission as a percent of MRR for "rebounds" will be based on the original lead campaign/source unless lead is requested to be assigned to WMC based on a warm lead source such as chat, email lead, queue call, etc...
Commission Tier Structure for Self-Generated Sales (tier 0, 1, 2, and 3)
Tier 0: Commission as a percent of MRR will be 70% from self-generated leads for all self-generated sales.
Minimum $2,500 qualifier in monthly setups must be collected to be eligible to move up tiers, otherwise all self-generated sales commission will remain at tier 0 and be paid as a percent of MRR at 70%.
Tier 1: Commission as a percent of MRR will be 120% from self-generated leads for the 1st - 12th self-generated sales.
Tier 2: Commission as a percent of MRR will be 250% from self-generated leads for the 13th - 15th self-generated sales.
Tier 3: Commission as a percent of MRR will be 350% from self-generated leads for all self-generated sales equal or greater than 16. - See Self-Generated Regulations for what qualifies as self-generated sale.
In cases where WMCs decide to split a deal; Commission as a percent of MRR and Setups will be equally split between WMC and sale will count as ½ unit for each WMC.
MLS surcharges (minus MLS Setups) paid to iHOUSEweb are included in commissions, however no commissions will be paid for applicable IDX surcharges/Fees paid directly to the MLS, Misc Fees or additional G-Suite accounts.
Executive Products: Elite Office Pro Products (Defined as a “NEW CLIENT” office pro account with $300 MRR or above)
Self-Generated - Elite Office Pro: (Not Office Express or IDX Office)
One-time Upfront Commission as a percent of SU$ will be 60%
One-time Upfront Commission as a percent of MRR will be 300% (Self-generated only and excluded from tier structure)
Warm Lead - Elite Office Pro: (Not Office Express or IDX Office)
One-time Upfront Commission as a percent of SU$ will be 60%
One-time Upfront Commission as a percent of MRR will be 100%
90-Day Cancels & Clawbacks
If customer cancels within 90 days of sign-up, entire commission will be clawed back from WMC from subsequent month’s commissions.
Should Surcharges be removed within 90 days of sale a partial clawback for the commissionable surcharge will apply,
Clawback will be total SU$, MRR and residual commission (if applicable)
In cases of non-payment, credit card disputes, refunds, or extenuating circumstances as determined by management, the 30 day cancellation policy may be waived and a full clawback will apply regardless of account age.
Commission And Base Salary Pay Schedule:
Base Salary will be paid in two parts on the 10th and 25th of each Month based on the following dates: 1st half being 1st – 15th and the second half being 16th – end of month.
Pay date of the 10th covers the 16th – the end of the previous month
Pay date of the 25th covers the 1st – 15th of the current month.
Commission will be paid for complete previous month’s production in two parts; half of WMC commission will be paid with base salary on the 10th of the month and the remaining half with the base salary on the 25th of the month. Example: January’s production commissions will be paid half on February 10th and half on February 25th.
Commissions payments should be considered as advances and not formally earned until the expiration of the 90-day chargeback period
Director of Sales and CEO reserves the right, at any time, to change all and any aspect of WMC compensation
